Welcome to Forget Me Not Flowers. We are based at our Florists shop in Toftwood, Dereham, Norfolk, NR191JJ and we personally deliver fresh flowers in Mattishall and to any location within a 15 mile radius of our base. For any area outside this, we can send your flowers via our Eflorist partner Florists.

We deliver from 9am to 5.30pm, 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays, except for Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas.

Orders for SAME DAY DELIVERY must be received by 12 noon GMT. Orders received after this time will be delivered the next working day. Specific delivery dates and times can be requested on-line from the CHECKOUT page or via email or telephone. You can order as far in advance as you like.

For funerals we will endeavour to deliver at, or as near as possible to, the specified time. For a general orders e.g. birthdays, etc. we will deliver in the morning or afternoon as required, but specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
