What are the terms of the delivery service? []
We deliver personally to Dereham, Fakenham and the surrounding towns and villages within a 15 mile radius of our shop in Toftwood ( NR191JJ ).

For any area outside this, we will send your flowers via associate Florists.

We deliver from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays, except for Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas.

Orders for same day deliveries must be received by 12 noon GMT. Orders received after this time will be delivered the next working day.

Deliveries in the early morning or after 5:30 will require prior arrangement and will depend on our circumstances. Please contact us with your request.

Specific delivery dates and times can be requested, from the Checkout page, or via email or telephone. You can order as far in advance as you like.


For funerals we will endeavour to deliver at, or as near as possible to, the specified time.

For a general order e.g. birthday, etc. we will deliver in the morning or afternoon as required, but specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Is the online payment system secure? []
www.forgetmenotflowers.biz is a secure site. We use industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe.

PayPal, the Payment System we use, automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, their server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.


How do I order online? []
1. Browse through the web site using the navigation buttons on the left hand side of the browser window: Anniversary, Birthday, etc.

2. Select the flower product you are interested in from the small images on display, and read more about the product, and view a larger image by clicking on the image.

3. If you want to add a product to your SHOPPING BASKET, click on the ADD TO BASKET button. This will take you to the Shopping Cart page where you will see that one of those products has been added to the list of items you have chosen to buy.

4. You can also click on SHOPPING BASKET, at the top of any of our web pages, at any time and this will also take you to the Shopping Cart page.

5. You will then be able to remove, or change the quantity of, any item in your list. So if, for example, you would like to order more than one of a particular product, you can change the quantity as required. If you change the quantity you will need to click Recalculate to recalculate your SHOPPING BASKET total.

6. You can then either Continue Shopping, which will return you to the shopping pages where you can repeat the process to add further products to your SHOPPING BASKET, or click Checkout to go to the Checkout page to complete the order.

7. At the Checkout page you can check your order, add your Billing and Delivery addresses, add optional Delivery Date, Delivery Instructions and a Gift Card Message before paying for the order via your Credit / Debit Card or PayPal Account.

8. Enter your Billing Address, telephone number and Email address. If your Delivery Address, is the same as the Billing Address, then click on Click here if the same as above.

9. Under the Other Information heading, there are three optional fields you can fill in if they are relevant to you:

Preferred Delivery Date : Enter a data here if you have a specific date when you'd like the delivery to be made. Enter the date in the following format dd/mm/yyyy, e.g. 10/04/2010.

If you don't enter a date, we will assume delivery will be Next Day.

Delivery Instructions : Enter instructions here, such as where to leave the delivery if no one is at the Delivery Address at the time of the delivery.

Card Message : If you would like a Gift Card to accompany the flowers being delivered, enter your message here. If you leave it blank we will not enclose a card with the delivery.

10. When you are finished completing the Checkout details and wish to proceed to pay for the order, click on the Click here to pay with your Credit/Debit Card button.

11. You will now be presented with the PayPal Pay with Credit Card or Login page where you can either enter your Credit / Debit Card details to pay by Card, or login to PayPal, if you have an account, to pay via PalPay.

12. Review your payment before completing the transaction.

13. You will receive an on-screen confirmation of the purchase, and an Email receipt.

14. Your order will be sent to us for processing.

15. At any point you can quit the purchase by closing the payment page (by clicking the X in the top right-hand corner of the browser window, or the Cancel and return to Forget-Me-Not Flowers link.

No money will be paid by you until you confirm you would like to make the payment.


Can I order by phone? []
Yes, you can phone your order through if you prefer. Please call us on 01362 695949.


Can the orders be fulfilled all the time? []
Seasonal conditions may affect the supply of certain kind of flowers. Specific colours may not always be available. In some cases, substitution may be necessary to fulfill your floral and container requirements.

In certain extreme cases, we reserve the right to substitute your order with another item that is of equal or higher value. Containers shown and that are included with the product, may not always be available. In these circumstances, alternative containers of similar value and style will be used.


What happens when the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery? []
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, Forget-Me-Not Flowers, or the associate Florist, may choose to try the following options:

Find a suitable place to leave the delivery at the Delivery Address and leave a calling card to say where it was left. The card will ask the recipient to contact Forget-Me-Not Flowers, or the associate Florist, to confirm delivery.

If there is nowhere suitable to leave the delivery, we will check to see if the neighbours are in and willing to receive the delivery, and leave a card at the Delivery Address to say where the delivery was left. The card will ask the recipient to contact the Florist to confirm delivery.

Failing these two options, the delivery will be returned to the Florist's shop and a card will be left at the Delivery Address requesting the recipient to collect the order from the Florist's shop at a convenient time.

If the recipient is at work all day, we recommend sending the flower arrangement to their place of work.



Can my arrangement be delivered on Sundays & Public Holidays? []
We deliver from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays, except for Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas.

For peak occasions such as Valentine's Day & Mother's Day, we strongly advise you to place your order earlier.


How far in advance can I place an order? []
You can place an order as far in advance as you wish.


Can I order more than one item at a time online? []
You can if they are all being sent to the same person. If you want to send more than one gift to more than one person, the easiest way is to put through each order separately.


Can I collect my flowers personally? []
Yes you can, and it will save you the charge for delivery. We can either give you a cash refund of the delivery amount, or make up the value of the delivery charge in your flower product. We're open Monday to Saturday 9am - 5.30pm.
